Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be processed for a refund.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Final sale items, hygiene-sensitive products, and any merchandise marked "non-returnable" at the time of purchase are excluded from our return policy.
We do not facilitate direct exchanges for size, color, or style. If you wish to swap an item, please place a new order for your preferred product and initiate a return for the original item following our standard process. Replacements or full refunds will only be issued for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped (e.g., wrong size/color/item).
- Complimentary Return Shipping: We cover all return shipping costs if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (verified by our team).
- Customer-Paid Return Shipping: For returns initiated due to a change of mind (e.g., no longer wanting the item, size mismatch not caused by our error), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Original Shipping Fees: Unless the return results from our error (e.g., incorrect shipment), original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For orders shipped to Canada: Import duties, taxes, and customs-related fees imposed by Canadian authorities or shipping carriers are collected directly by the respective agencies—not by Nina Allen. As such, these fees are non-refundable. Upon receiving and inspecting your approved return, we will issue a refund for the product purchase price only (excluding original shipping costs). Original shipping fees will be refunded only if required by Canadian law due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item, incorrect shipment).
