We currently offer shipping to all valid addresses across the United States and Canada. Shipments bound for Canada are subject to international import regulations—please refer to the duties and taxes section below for additional details.

- Canadian Orders: May require an extra 1–2 business days for customs documentation preparation and compliance verification to meet cross-border shipping requirements.
- U.S. Shipments: 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Canadian Shipments: 10–20 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that actual delivery times may be affected by factors such as customs clearance procedures, carrier-related delays, inclement weather, or high seasonal order volumes.
- Carrier Selection: We primarily utilize USPS for domestic U.S. deliveries and USPS International for shipments to Canada.
- Tracking Information: A unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been shipped.
- Tracking Limitations: Tracking updates may become limited or delayed once the package enters the destination country. Canadian customers may need to access their local postal service’s tracking platform to view the latest delivery status.
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or marked as "delivered" but not received:
- Extended Waiting Period: For Canadian shipments, please allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the standard delivery estimate to account for customs or last-mile delays.
- Preliminary Checks: We recommend verifying with your local postal service, neighbors, or nearby delivery hubs (e.g., mailrooms, parcel lockers) before contacting us.
- Claim Filing Timeline: If the package remains unaccounted for after the extended waiting period, please reach out to our support team within 7 days (U.S. orders) or 14 days (Canadian orders) of the marked delivery date to request assistance.
All import duties, taxes, and customs-related fees associated with Canadian shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a return. Upon processing an approved return, we will only refund the original product purchase price. Original shipping fees will be refunded solely if mandated by Canadian law due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item, incorrect shipment).
